Diese Anleitung erklärt, wie Sie Ihr Brevo-Konto mit uptain verbinden und automatisch neue Newsletter-Abonnenten aus unseren Newsletter-Formularen synchronisieren.

🔗 Was die Integration macht

• Sammelt Newsletter-Abonnenten über unsere Slider.

• Schiebt diese Abonnenten direkt in eine von Ihnen gewählte Brevo-Liste.

• Verhindert doppelte Abonnements (wenn ein Kontakt bereits in der Brevo-Liste vorhanden ist, wird das Popup nicht erneut angezeigt).

• Unterstützt die Synchronisation zusätzlicher Felder wie Geschlecht und Geburtsdatum.

• Hält Ihre Brevo-Liste durch automatische Updates aktuell.

🛠️ Schritt 1: Anmeldung im Kunden-Frontend

1. Öffnen Sie Ihr Kunden-Frontend hier: uptain | Leading Cart Abandonment Software for E-Commerce

2. Navigieren Sie im Hauptmenü zu Integrationen.

🛠️ Schritt 2: Brevo-Integration hinzufügen

1. Scrollen Sie zu Neue Integration hinzufügen.

2. Klicken Sie auf die Brevo-Kachel.

3. Geben Sie Ihren Brevo API-Schlüssel ein.

   1. So finden Sie Ihren API-Schlüssel in Brevo:

      1. Loggen Sie sich in Ihr Brevo-Konto ein.

      2. Gehen Sie zu Einstellungen → SMTP & API → API-Schlüssel.

      3. Generieren & kopieren Sie Ihren v3 API-Schlüssel.

      4. Fügen Sie ihn in das angezeigte Textfeld ein.

4. Bestätigen Sie die Verbindung.

🛠️ Schritt 3: Ihre Brevo-Liste auswählen

1. Nach der Verbindung scrollen Sie zu Meine Integrationen.

2. Suchen Sie den Eintrag Ihrer Brevo-Integration.

3. Wählen Sie im Dropdown die Brevo-Liste aus, in die neue Abonnenten übertragen werden sollen.

👉 Alle neuen Newsletter-Abonnenten werden nun automatisch in diese Liste übertragen.
👉 Diese Liste wird auch genutzt, um zu prüfen, ob ein Abonnent bereits existiert, so werden Duplikate vermieden.
👉 Nur neu gesammelte Abonnenten werden an Brevo übertragen.

🛠️ Schritt 4: Optional – Zusätzliche Felder zuordnen

Falls Ihre Formulare weitere Daten erfassen, können diese ebenfalls synchronisiert werden. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Feldnamen in Ihrem Brevo-Konto den folgenden Attributen entsprechen:

• Aktivieren Sie Brevo über Integrationen → Brevo.

• Geben Sie Ihren API-Schlüssel ein (unter Konto → SMTP & API → API-Schlüssel zu finden).

• Wählen Sie in „Meine Integrationen“ Ihre Brevo-Liste aus.

• Optional: Ordnen Sie zusätzliche Felder zu (GENDER, BIRTHDATE).

• Fertig! Neue Abonnenten werden nun automatisch in Ihr Brevo-Konto übertragen.

This guide explains how to connect your Brevo account to uptain and automatically sync new newsletter subscribers collected via our Newsletter Forms.

🔗 What the Integration Does

• Collects newsletter subscribers via our sliders.

• Pushes these subscribers directly into a Brevo list you select.

• Prevents duplicate subscriptions (if a contact is already in the Brevo list, the popup will not be shown again).

• Supports syncing additional fields like gender, and birthday.

• Keeps your Brevo list up to date via automatic updates.

🛠️ Step 1: Log in to Your Customer Frontend

1. Open your customer frontend here: uptain | Leading Cart Abandonment Software for E-Commerce

2. Navigate to Integrations in the main menu.

🛠️ Step 2: Add the Brevo Integration

1. Scroll to Add New Integration.

2. Find the Brevo tile and click it.

3. Enter your Brevo API key.

   • To find your API key in Brevo:

     1. Log in to your Brevo account.

     2. Go to Settings → SMTP & API → API Keys.

     3. Generate & Copy your v3 API key.

     4. Paste it into the displayed text field.

4. Confirm the connection.

🛠️ Step 3: Select Your Brevo List

1. After connecting, scroll down to My Integrations.

2. Find your Brevo integration entry.

3. Use the dropdown to select the Brevo list you want to push new subscribers to.

👉 All new newsletter subscribers will now be automatically pushed to this list.
👉 This list is also used to check if a subscriber already exists, preventing duplicates.

👉 Only newly collected subscribers will be pushed to Brevo

🛠️ Step 4: Optional – Map Additional Fields

We support syncing extra subscriber details if they are collected in your forms. Make sure the field names in your Brevo account match the following attributes:

🎯 Summary

• Activate Brevo via Integrations → Brevo.

• Enter your API key (find it under Account → SMTP & API → API Keys).

• Select your Brevo list in “My Integrations”.

• Optional: map additional fields ( GENDER, BIRTHDATE).

• Done! New subscribers will now flow seamlessly into your Brevo account.
