Diese Anleitung erklärt, wie Sie Ihr Klaviyo-Konto mit uptain verbinden und automatisch neue Newsletter-Abonnenten aus unseren Newsletter-Formularen synchronisieren.

🔗 Was die Integration macht

• Sammelt Newsletter-Abonnenten über unsere Slider.

• Schiebt diese Abonnenten direkt in eine von Ihnen gewählte Klaviyo-Liste.

• Verhindert doppelte Abonnements (wenn ein Kontakt bereits in der Klaviyo-Liste vorhanden ist, wird das Popup nicht erneut angezeigt).

• Unterstützt die Synchronisation zusätzlicher Felder wie Geschlecht und Geburtsdatum.

• Hält Ihre Klaviyo-Liste durch automatische Updates aktuell.

🛠️ Schritt 1: Anmeldung im Kunden-Frontend

• Öffnen Sie Ihr Kunden-Frontend hier: uptain | Leading Cart Abandonment Software for E-Commerce

• Navigieren Sie im Hauptmenü zu Integrationen.

🛠️ Schritt 2: Klaviyo-Integration hinzufügen

• Scrollen Sie zu Neue Integration hinzufügen.

• Klicken Sie auf die Klaviyo-Kachel.

• Geben Sie Ihren Klaviyo Private API Key ein.

So finden Sie Ihren Private API Key in Klaviyo:

1. Loggen Sie sich in Ihr Klaviyo-Konto ein.

2. Gehen Sie zu Account → Settings → API Keys.

3. Erstellen Sie einen Private API Key.

4. Aktivieren Sie mindestens folgende Berechtigungen (Scopes):

   • Profiles: Read & Write

   • Lists: Read & Write

5. Kopieren Sie den Private API Key.

6. Fügen Sie ihn in das angezeigte Textfeld ein.

7. Bestätigen Sie die Verbindung.

🛠️ Schritt 3: Ihre Klaviyo-Liste auswählen

• Nach der Verbindung scrollen Sie zu Meine Integrationen.

• Suchen Sie den Eintrag Ihrer Klaviyo-Integration.

• Wählen Sie im Dropdown die Klaviyo-Liste, in die neue Abonnenten übertragen werden sollen.

👉 Alle neuen Newsletter-Abonnenten werden nun automatisch in diese Liste übertragen.
👉 Diese Liste wird auch genutzt, um zu prüfen, ob ein Abonnent bereits existiert – so werden Duplikate vermieden.
👉 Nur neu gesammelte Abonnenten werden an Klaviyo übertragen.

🛠️ Schritt 4: Optional – Zusätzliche Felder zuordnen

Falls Ihre Formulare weitere Daten erfassen, können diese ebenfalls synchronisiert werden. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Feldnamen in Ihrem Klaviyo-Konto den folgenden Attributen entsprechen:

• Aktivieren Sie Klaviyo über Integrationen → Klaviyo.

• Geben Sie Ihren Private API Key ein (unter Account → Settings → API Keys).

• Wählen Sie in „Meine Integrationen“ Ihre Klaviyo-Liste aus.

• Optional: Ordnen Sie zusätzliche Felder zu (GENDER, BIRTHDAY).

✅ Fertig! Neue Abonnenten werden nun automatisch in Ihr Klaviyo-Konto übertragen.

This guide explains how to connect your Klaviyo account to uptain and automatically sync new newsletter subscribers collected via our Newsletter Forms.

🔗 What the Integration Does

• Collects newsletter subscribers via our sliders.

• Pushes these subscribers directly into a Klaviyo list you select.

• Prevents duplicate subscriptions (if a contact already exists in the Klaviyo list, the popup will not be shown again).

• Supports syncing additional fields such as gender and birthday.

• Keeps your Klaviyo list up to date via automatic updates.

🛠️ Step 1: Log in to Your Customer Frontend

• Open your customer frontend here:

• Navigate to Integrations in the main menu.

🛠️ Step 2: Add the Klaviyo Integration

• Scroll to Add New Integration.

• Find the Klaviyo tile and click it.

• Enter your Klaviyo Private API Key.

How to find your Private API Key in Klaviyo:

1. Log in to your Klaviyo account.

2. Go to Account → Settings → API Keys.

3. Create a Private API Key.

4. Enable at least the following scopes:

   • Profiles: Read & Write

   • Lists: Read & Write

5. Copy the Private API Key.

6. Paste it into the displayed text field.

7. Confirm the connection.

🛠️ Step 3: Select Your Klaviyo List

• After connecting, scroll down to My Integrations.

• Find your Klaviyo integration entry.

• Use the dropdown to select the Klaviyo list you want to push new subscribers to.

👉 All new newsletter subscribers will now be automatically pushed to this list.
👉 This list is also used to check if a subscriber already exists, preventing duplicates.
👉 Only newly collected subscribers will be pushed to Klaviyo.

🛠️ Step 4: Optional – Map Additional Fields

We support syncing extra subscriber details if they are collected in your forms. Make sure the field names in your Klaviyo account match the following attributes:

🎯 Summary

• Activate Klaviyo via Integrations → Klaviyo.

• Enter your Private API Key (found under Account → Settings → API Keys).

• Select your Klaviyo list in “My Integrations”.

• Optional: map additional fields (GENDER, BIRTHDAY).

✅ Done! New subscribers will now flow seamlessly into your Klaviyo account.
