Neuen User-Account anlegen | Create a new user account

Haben sich die Zuständigkeiten in Ihrem Unternehmen geändert oder hat der/die Mitarbeiter:in mit uptain-Zugang, das Unternehmen verlassen? Hier erfahren Sie, wie Sie alte Accounts entfernen und neue anlegen lassen können.

 

Schreiben Sie bitte eine E-Mail an support@uptain.de

Wichtig ist dabei, dass die folgenden Informationen enthalten sind:

  1. Wie lautet der Vor- und Nachname des/der neuen Ansprechpartner:in?

  2. Wie lautet die E-Mail Adresse für den neuen Zugang?

  3. Ggf. Sollen von dem Account mehrere Shops betreut werden? Wenn ja, bitte angeben

  4. Optional: Welche E-Mail Adresse / welcher Zugang soll entfernt werden?

 

Anschließend erhalten Sie von uns eine E-Mail an die neue Adresse, mit der Bitte um Bestätigung und Passwort-Vergabe.

Have the responsibilities in your company changed or has an employee with uptain access left the company? Here's how you can remove old accounts and create new ones.

 

Please send an e-mail to support@uptain.de

The following information should be included:

  1. What is the first and last name of the new contact person?

  2. What is the e-mail address for the new account?

  3. If applicable, will multiple shops be managed from this account? If yes, please specify.

  4. Optional: Which e-mail address / access should be removed?

You will then receive an e-mail from us at the new address asking you to confirm and assign a password.
