Mit dem uptain-Plugin erreichen Sie die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse mit dem geringsten Aufwand. Mit nur wenigen Klicks ist das Plugin integriert und in Ihrem Online-Shop startklar. Folgen Sie dazu einfach den angegebenen Schritten.

Schritt-für-Schritt Anleitung
Die folgenden Bilder und Markierungen dienen als Schritt für Schritt Anleitung für die korrekte Integration der uptain App in Ihren Shopify Store.
Nachdem Sie sich einen Account erstellt haben, stimmen Sie den Vertragsbedingungen zu (im Backend unter “mein Account” > “Account Einstellungen”). Im Anschluss wechseln Sie auf den Menüreiter “Integrationen”, unter dem Sie Ihre persönliche uptain-ID finden. Diese ID wird für die Installation der App benötigt.
Im ersten Schritt suchen Sie im Shopify App Store nach der “uptain Conversion Optimization” App. Fügen Sie diese hinzu.
2. Im zweiten Schritt installieren Sie die App.
3. Im dritten Schritt, sollte, falls noch kein Account angelegt wurde bei uns im Backend, dies erstmal nachgeholt werden. Im Anschluss auf weiter.
4. Im letzten Schritt muss die uptain ID in das unten markierte Feld eingetragen und die Funktionen aktiviert werden. Anschließend speichern Sie den Vorgang.
5. Nachdem Sie die uptain-ID eingetragen und gespeichert haben, werden Sie automatisch zur nächsten Seite weitergeleitet. Genehmigen Sie hier bitte die nächste Rechnung.
SUBSCRIPTION CHARGE AKTIVIEREN
Damit Sie von unserem erfolgsbasierten Preismodell profitieren können, werden Sie bei Installation der App darum gebeten die Subscription Charge zu akzeptieren.

6. Nachdem Sie den Vorgang genehmigt haben, gehen Sie zum Shopify Customizer.
7. Und aktivieren Sie hier noch einmal das Plugin.
Die uptain App ist nun erfolgreich integriert.
SPEICHERN
Übermitteln Sie optional weitere Daten mit den entsprechenden Klicks und speichern Sie die Einstellungen.

FAQs
Dieser Fehler kann unter anderem dadurch zustande kommen, dass der Merchant vorher bereits die alte Integration genutzt hat und bei Wechsel auf die Shopify App oder entfernen der alten Integration im Theme nicht alle Codes entfernt hat.
Lösung:
Der Merchant muss unter Vertriebskanäle → Online Shop → Themes → Code bearbeiten in die Datei “layout/theme.liquid“ und eine Zeile, meist ganz unten in der Datei, entfernen.

Step-by-step instructions
The following images and markings serve as step-by-step instructions for the correct integration of the uptain app into your Shopify store.
Once you have created an account, agree to the terms and conditions (in the backend under "My account" > "Account settings"). Next, navigate to the "Integrations" menu tab, where you will find your personal uptain ID. This ID is required to install the app.
In the first step, search for the "uptain Conversion Optimization" app in the Shopify App Store. Add it to your store.
Then install the app.
Thirdly, if you have not yet created an account with us in the backend, you should do this first. Then, click on continue.
Lastly, enter the uptain ID into the field marked below and activate the functions. Then, save the settings.
After you have entered and saved the uptain ID, you will be automatically redirected to the next page. Please authorise the next invoice here.
ACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION CHARGE
In order for you to benefit from our perfomance-based pricing model, you will be asked to accept the Subscription Charge when installing the app.
NO COSTS WILL BE INCURRED.
AUTHORISATION FOR AN AMOUNT OF €10,000 IS REQUIRED FOR TECHNICAL REASONS.
After you have approved the process, go to the Shopify Customiser.
And activate the plugin again here.
The uptain app has now been successfully integrated.
SAVE
Optionally transmit further data with the corresponding clicks and save the settings.

FAQs
This error can be caused, among other things, if the merchant previously used the old integration and did not remove all the code from the theme when switching to the Shopify app or removing the old integration.
Solution:
The merchant must go to Sales Channels → Online Shop → Themes → Edit code in the file "layout/theme.liquid" and remove a line, usually found at the very bottom of the file.
