Mit dem uptain-Plugin erreichen Sie die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse mit dem geringsten Aufwand. Mit nur wenigen Klicks ist das Plugin integriert und in Ihrem Online-Shop startklar. Folgen Sie dazu einfach den angegebenen Schritten.

Schritt-für-Schritt Anleitung
Erweiterung installieren
Rufen Sie den passenden Link zum gewünschten Plugin auf und installieren Sie die Erweiterung wie gehabt. Hier finden Sie Details von Shopware zur Installation von Erweiterungen: Shopware Anleitung
ERWEITERUNG AKTIVIEREN
Nach dem erfolgreichen Download, finden Sie diese bei Ihren anderen Erweiterungen. Aktivieren Sie die Erweiterung über den Toggle links wie im Bild zu sehen.
PLUGIN KONFIGURIEREN (Shopware 6)
Klicken Sie in der Übersicht der Erweiterungen auf die drei Punkte rechts
Wählen Sie “Erweiterung konfigurieren” aus
Wählen Sie den gewünschten Verkaufskanal aus
Tragen Sie die uptain-ID ein, die Sie hier erhalten: https://customer.uptain.de/integrations
Aktivieren Sie die Übermittlung von personenbezogenen Daten, um die E-Mail Features von uptain nutzen zu können (s. Screenshot)
Zum Schluss aktivieren Sie die Erweiterung über den Toggle oben “Active”
Speichern Sie die Änderungen über den Button oben rechts
Löschen Sie ggf. den Cache
Shopware 5:
Im selben Fenster finden Sie die Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten. In diesem Schritt geben Sie bitte in der Konfiguration Ihre persönliche uptain-ID ein, die Ihnen vorab per E-Mail zugeschickt wurde. Diese besteht aus 16 zufälligen Zeichen.
Anschließend geben Sie bitte an, welche E-Mail Daten an uptain übermittelt werden sollen. Bei der Auswahl von Ja entscheiden Sie sich für die Übermittlung der personenbezogenen Daten Ihrer Besucher an uptain, bei Nein entsprechend dagegen.
Wählen Sie “Ja” bei der Option “Bestandskunden-Mailadressen übergeben” für die Übermittlung der personenbezogenen Daten Ihrer Bestandskunden, wenn die Anforderungen aus dem Paragraphen § 7 UWG Abs. 3 erfüllt sind.
Wählen Sie “Ja” bei der Option “Newsletterabonennten-Mailadressen übergeben” für die Übermittlung der personenbezogenen Daten Ihrer Newsletter-Abonnenten, wenn Sie ein passendes Double Opt-In vorweisen können.
Bei Auswahl der Option “Vererbt” handelt es sich um eine Einstellung, die getätigt werden kann, wenn Sie Subshop(s) verwenden und die Einstellungen des Hauptshops übernehmen möchten.
Wählen Sie “Ja” bei der Option “Kundenumsatz übergeben” für die Übermittlung des finalen Warenkorbwertes des Kunden.
Wählen Sie “Ja” bei der Option “ID zur Warenkorbherstellung übergeben” für die Übermittlung der ID zur Warenkorbwiederherstellung. Kunden haben damit die Möglichkeit geräteübergreifend ihren Warenkorb wiederherstellen zu können.
Bei “uptain Cookies initial blockieren” haben Sie folgende Möglichkeiten:
Nein: das uptain-Plugin wird direkt integriert und ist für Sie aktiv
Ja: das uptain-Plugin wird zunächst blockiert und
Sie nutzen das Shopware Cookiebanner: das uptain-Plugin wird erst aktiviert, wenn der User die Cookies akzeptiert
Sie nutzen ein anderes Cookiebanner: Sie können das uptain-Plugin mit folgendem Javascript-Snippet steuern (die genaue Konfiguration hängt von Ihrem Cookie-Tool ab): window.enableUptain() Weitere Details s. unten
SPEICHERN
Abschließend speichern Sie bitte alle vorgenommenen Einstellungen durch einen Klick auf Speichern. Sie finden das Conversion Plugin von uptain nach erfolgreicher Installation im Bereich der installierten Plugins wieder.
Kundengruppen unter Shopware 5
Sofern Sie uptain für gewisse Kundengruppen optimieren bzw. restriktieren möchten, können Sie die von Shopware erstellten Kundengruppen in Ihrem persönlichen Login-Bereich in den Bedingungen verwenden. Die Kürzel der Kundengruppen finden Sie in Ihrem Shopware Backend unter "Einstellungen" >> "Grundeinstellungen" >> Shopeinstellungen >> "Kundengruppen".
Sie haben das uptain-Plugin nun erfolgreich integriert!
Hinweise zum Einsatz von Consent Manager Systemen, die nicht der Shopware-Standard sind:
CCM19
Nachdem Sie einen Eintrag für uptain im CCM19 vorgenommen haben, deaktivieren Sie die Option “Initially block cookies” in den Plugin-Einstellungen.
Consentmanager.de
Falls Sie nicht das von Shopware vorgegebene Cookie-Tool (Consentmanager) nutzen, müsste vom Tool grundsätzlich dieses Script angestoßen werden, um das Plugin zu aktivieren. Bitte legen Sie einen Custom Vendor namens “uptain” in Consentmanager an.

With the uptain plugin, you achieve the best results with minimal effort. Integrating the plugin into your online shop and getting it ready to use is just a few clicks away. Simply follow the steps below.

Step-by-step instructions
Install extension
Call up the appropriate link to the desired plugin and install the extension as usual. Here you can find details from Shopware on installing extensions: Shopware manual
ACTIVATE EXTENSION
After the successful download, you will find it with your other extensions. Activate the extension using the toggle on the left as shown in the image.
PLUGIN CONFIGURATION (Shopware 6)
Click on the three dots on the right in the overview of extensions
Select ‘Configure extension’
Select the desired sales channel
Enter the uptain ID that you receive here: https://customer.uptain.de/integrations
Activate the transmission of personal data in order to be able to use the e-mail features of uptain (see screenshot)
Finally, activate the extension using the ‘Active’ toggle at the top
Save the changes using the button at the top right
Delete the cache if necessary
Shopware 5:
In the same window you will find the configuration options. In this step, please enter your personal uptain ID in the configuration, which was sent to you in advance by e-mail. This consists of 16 random characters.
Then please specify which e-mail data should be transmitted to uptain. If you select Yes, you decide in favour of transmitting the personal data of your visitors to uptain; if you select No, you decide against it.
Select ‘Yes’ for the option ‘Transfer existing customer e-mail addresses’ for the transmission of the personal data of your existing customers if the requirements of section 7 UWG para. 3 are met.
Select ‘Yes’ for the option ‘Transfer newsletter subscriber email addresses’ for the transmission of the personal data of your newsletter subscribers if you can provide a suitable double opt-in.
If you select the ‘Inherited’ option, this is a setting that can be made if you use subshop(s) and want to adopt the settings of the main shop.
Select ‘Yes’ for the ‘Transfer customer turnover’ option to transfer the customer's final shopping basket value.
Select ‘Yes’ for the ‘Transfer ID for shopping basket creation’ option to transfer the ID for shopping basket recovery. This gives customers the option of restoring their shopping basket across all devices.
With ‘Block uptain cookies initially’ you have the following options:
No: the uptain plugin is integrated directly and is active for you
Yes: the uptain plugin is initially blocked and
a) You use the Shopware cookie banner: the uptain plugin is only activated when the user accepts the cookies
b) You are using a different cookie banner: you can control the uptain plugin with the following Javascript snippet (the exact configuration depends on your cookie tool): window.enableUptain() For more details, see below
SAVE
Finally, please save all the settings you have made by clicking on Save. You will find the uptain conversion plugin in the installed plugins area after successful installation.
Customer groups under Shopware 5
If you want to optimise or restrict uptain for certain customer groups, you can use the customer groups created by Shopware in your personal login area in the conditions. You can find the abbreviations for the customer groups in your Shopware backend under ‘Settings’ >> ‘Basic settings’ >> Shop settings >> ‘Customer groups’.
You have now successfully integrated the uptain plugin!
Notes on the use of Consent Manager systems that are not the Shopware standard:
CCM19
After you have made an entry for uptain in CCM19, deactivate the option ‘Initially block cookies’ in the plugin settings.
