New Popup Designs

What’s happening?
Over the coming weeks, we will be testing two new design variants for our activation popups. These will appear for a portion of our users in order to further optimize the effectiveness of the popups.

Why are we doing this?
Our goal is to continuously improve the user experience and user reactivation. By testing different design approaches, we want to find out which version resonates best with users and leads to successful activation.

What does this mean for you?

• You will see different versions of the activation popup in your store

• The functionality will remain the same in both cases – only the visual design will change.

• No action is required on your part.

• If you do not wish to display the new designs in your shop, please contact our support team.
